Consent to Personal Data Processing
By checking the separate box and submitting the form on habrix.space, the user freely, specifically, knowingly and unambiguously gives the following consent.
1. Controller
Individual Entrepreneur Ravil Maratovich Khuzin, Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation.
2. Data and purposes
Consent covers the user's name, email and/or phone number, message, IP address, submission date and time, user-agent and consent version for:
- reviewing and responding to the enquiry;
- project discussions, consultation and preparation of an individual proposal;
- spam prevention, consent evidence and website security.
3. Processing and recipients
The user permits collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, limited disclosure to the Russian hosting and email provider for delivery and storage, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated and manual. The data is received and stored in the Russian Federation.
International users: by submitting the form, the user expressly asks Habrix in Russia to receive the data and take pre-contract steps. Russia may not provide an equivalent level of data protection under the law of the user's country.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the stated purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after the last substantive communication unless a longer period is required by law or contract. It can be withdrawn by emailing hello@habrix.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent” and the contact detail used in the form.
After withdrawal, processing stops and data is deleted within the period required by applicable law unless another lawful basis permits continued processing.
5. Evidence and limits
Consent is evidenced by a separate box that is not pre-selected and by recording the date, time, IP address, user-agent and document version. Without the requested data Habrix cannot process the enquiry through the form; direct contact details remain available.
This consent does not cover advertising and does not create a contract. Marketing would require separate consent, while project terms are agreed separately.
